About representationRepresentation of Joint-stock company "National company "Kazakhstan temir zholy" (Kazakhstan railways) in the European countries of CIS and Baltic states (Kiev) is the isolated structural division of joint-stock company " NC " KTZH " located outside of the location of the Company and carrying out protection and representation of interests of the Company, making from its name of the transaction and other legal actions within the limits of the powers given to it.
The representation is created with a view of: 1. Increases of efficiency and interaction of the Company with railway administrations of Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and improvement of the organization of transportations in the international railway communication between Republic Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia; 2. Studying of the commodity markets of Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia; 3. Advertising of the company; 4. Marketing of the market of transport services. Subject of activity of representation is: 1. Search of partners among the organizations of Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia with the purpose of an establishment of direct contacts with грузополучателями and грузоотправителями production directed by export, import and transit through Kazakhstan; 2. Carrying out of negotiations with the organizations of Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, interested in cooperation with the Company; 3. Monitoring of current transit freight traffics, the review and the analysis of the market of region with the purpose of development of foreign economic relations between Republic Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in the field of a railway transportation; 4. Performance of other sort of activity of not contradicting interest of the Company.
